Rotating Banner Code

Does anyone know how to create rotating pictures where
each picture has a link to other pages on a site? I
want to create a rotating banner which I can use to
show off art work on the front of my site and which
would allow people to click on the artwork which they
like and to visit those artists' pages. I image the
code would be similar to that used for rotating banner
ads. I used a temporary fix for the time being which
can be seen on the front of my web site. See the
