How to generate advertising revenue?

I work for an internet recruiting company and we are
targeting the Bay Area. My question is this. Is it
possible to generate any advertising revenue with our
site right away? (before we have 50,000-100,000
visitors a month) We will be launching in about 2-3
weeks. Are there any outside companies who locate
companies that are looking to advertise on sites such
as ours? Help!
