I think you should read the article in Wired (maybe a
month or two ago) about what IBM and others are doing
with newspaper "interfaces". Time Warner, in my mind,
is hardly a company I'd want to emulate as far as
online innovations, at least from a historical
perspective (re: pathfinder.com). I think it's funny,
too, when a Time-Warner publication (Fortune) quotes
its own executives for its stories. Reminds me a little
bit of the old TASS days and the Kremlin.
