The best way to approach a large Ad Network

Hello everyone:

I'm building a small Ad Network here in Uruguay (Latin
America), targeting local websites and local
advertisers. We started last year as a division within
a traditional Advertising Agency. With my partners we
are considering to spin off and reach an agreement with
one of the large Ad Networks. Does any of you have some
experience on how to best do this? My question is:
which is the value of what we have already developed:
ad serving software, customer relations and experience?
Maybe global Ad Networks don't really need what we
have.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
