We purchase on a CPA basis registrations for our site.
The range is $.75 - $1.75 per completed registration
(people sign up for one or more of our 50+
newsletters).

We also work with many firms on a CPA basis. True
downloads usually require more money since the
conversion from click to download is lower than offers
that simply require e-mail address or names and
address.

We have advertisers that require downloads who pay us
$1.00 - $5.00 per download. $1.00 is very low.
Average is $2 - $3.
