Starting out a PR effort

Hello,

We just redesigned and launched our new site with the
help of a web design agency. We would like to begin a
PR effort to drive traffic and membership to the site.
Do you have any recommendation? I personally prefer a
small

agency with a strong track record on print and online
media.

A few people from this list emailed me regarding their
PR service, but I lost all of my email when my computer
crashed. If you did send me email before, would you
please do so again?
