Doubleclick, SmartAge, and Advertising.com

My company is about to launch an advertising/marketing
campaign on the Internet and we have narrowed our
agency choices down to three companies: Doubleclick,
SmartAge, and Advertising.com. Any feed back on these
three companies, especially relating to customer
service, would be appreciated.
