Affiliate program pricing

Greetings fellow members,

I need your help! I am looking forward to launching
our affiliate program and I need some more info. on
what a top notch merchant should pay. My target
audience is classified by being teenagers and young
adults between the ages of 12 and 22. I am looking to
pay on a cost per click basis so if you have any ideas
please respond.
