Ilona, the best two players out there (IMHO) are
Burrelle's and Bacon's. They cover both online and
offline press. They'll both charge you a flat "reading
fee" per month (around $250-275) plus a per-piece
charge for each clipping ($1-2). Video transcripts are
a little more expensive.
