The current issue of the Tenagra Newsletter contains
a column I've written: "Psssst! Wanna find out what
everyone is saying about you ?!" This column describes
the various methods we use to track news clippings for
our clients. The customized service involves not just
finding the clippings but working with the client to assess
their value, and then maintaining a web page for the client
containing links to the clippings. This page can be a
valuable component of the client's online media center.
