Banner Exchange

We recently launched our product and for the time
being, have decided not to include banners due to the
low CPM rates. However, a respectable banner exchange,
which also offers some targeting, would serve our
purposes. Does anyone know of a Banner Exchange, which
is a bit more selective and respectable in nature.
