affiliate management program?

We're going to be adding some for-sale items to our
site - some things that would be perfect for certain
types of sites (other small business sites) to sell as
affiliates. At this point, at least, we would like to
manage the affiliate program ourselves. Does anyone
know of any existing affiliate management program that
would work using asp (active server pages) on an NT?
