Ad revenues charged by targeted community sites

Hello,

Thank you very much all for your participation to this
board. Both questions and answers are always very
useful. I am working on a project of a targeted
community site and have thousands of questions
concerning ad revenues for such sites! I guess I
should limit myself to some of them (!), which are the
following :

- What are usually the prices charged on such sites per
  1000 unique visitors for :
   - banners ?
   - HTML advertising (link) : for one week, one month?
   - sponsorship of a "private chat room" for advertisers:
     for one hour, x hours ?
   - sponsorship of a Survey by an advertisers : for one
     week, one month?
   - sponsorship of a "private board room" by an advertiser:
     for one-week-research forum, one-month-research forum?
     x-month- research forum?

- What are usually the prices charged on such sites per
  1000 emails for :
   - HTML advertising (link) in emails sent to members?
   - TEXT advertising in emails sent to members?

I know there are lots of questions out there, so feel
free to give me answers only for those you might have
an idea about... I am so desperate for information,
anything would do!
