Has anyone had any experiences in tracking behavior of
click-throughs through focus group research? We are
thinking of calling a sample group (we have their phone
numbers because they've called our Sales Floor) of
online visitors to survey them about reason for visit,
number of visits, buying decisions, etc. Does anyone
know of firms that will do this? Thanks.
