Marketing to Chinese speaking community in N. America

We have been approached by a Chinese language site with
a view to targeting the Chinese community in North
America.

Has anyone had any experience marketing to the Chinese
speaking community in North America?

Are there any ad networks/sites that are specifically
for this purpose or alternatively English language
sites with a Chinese speaking audience in mind?
