Turkish ad network

I have a general question. We have an on-line
advertising system. This is a kind of network system
which includes only Turkish web sites, and we are
publishing our customers' banners via this network. How
can we tell our customers the benefit of our system?
because we donot have any special web sites yet, so we
have to market these sites for only brand awareness
objective. Please consider that in my country on-line
advertising is newly arriving, and i really wanna make
my system work. Thanks for your attention. HOW CAN i
sell it?
