Fair compensation for an advertising salesperson

I am investigating the possibility of hiring on either
a part time or full time salesperson to sell
advertising on my web site (www.planet-source-code.com)
For all of you web-site advertising sellers out
there--what is considered a fair compensation range for
this position (either as part time or full time would
be very helpful)?
