Legal restrictions concerning off-line advertising

Hello,

I am about to launch a European sports wagering website
and would like to know what are the legal restrictions
concerning online and off-line advertising in this
specific industry. Can I legally advertise on any web
property? Concerning an off-line campain, do I have to
be incorporate in the country I'm advertising in? how
can I get informed about country-specific legal
restrictions? I'm not giving any URL right now caus we
still are developing the site. Hoping to share my work
with you soon!
