I work for an Ad Serving service. We currently can
track both the impressions and the click throughs
effectively. The one main problem I hear from our
prospects using Rich Media, is that other providers
will limit the size of the creatives loaded on the ad
server. But I am fairly sure most can track the
impressions and clicks.
