I have to agree, there is also nothing unusual about
selling out ad space on content sites, we get offers
all the time for total buys. To avoid annoying our
users with the same banners over and over again, we
will not sell more than 10% of our ad space to a single
buyer.

All the ad space on this site could not have cost a
whole lot to begin with since its such a low volume
site, even running banners top and bottom, your looking
at a very small ad buy.
