Maybe it's me, but when I get "rich media" stuff that
makes my browser crash, or worse yet, 100 ton
attachments, I make a mental note not to do business
with those companies unless I absolutely have to.
To me, it shows a complete lack of care -- or even
interest -- that those companies have about their
recipients at the other end of the line, many of whom
are on dial up.
