Hi Daniel,
Adage.com provides a list of the "Top 100" Interactive
agencies at:
http://adage.com/dataplace/archives/dp454.html.
Be careful though, the waters are murky! The problem
began with traditional agencies trying to incorporate
interactive advertising without fully understanding the
distinct differences and need for tracking.

Then, interactive agencies began "migrating" to
traditional advertising without the depth of experience
that it requires. Finding a firm that has competence
in both arenas, as well as branding experience will be
tough. I hope this list helps, but my guess is that
you may not find the firm you are looking for on any
list.
