How can I give our visitors more interaction?

Hi all,

My name is Tony King, and we have a small web design
agency, in Birmingham, England.

We have just built a site for one of our clients, who
sells aviation items to a niche market. My question
to the group is this.

How can we make the site more "sticky" for visitors,
and hopefully therefore, attract more customers? At
present, we are still trying to link the site to
other aviation sites, and raise the profile with search
engines. Should we include a forum? What about
permission e-mail? I am trying to avoid adding
features that are "Dancing Bears" as opposed to
serious sales tools.

I think we've realised, that building this particular
site, was only 30% of the battle!

I would really appreciate any input the group could
give me. The site can be viewed at
www.lancecorkeaero.co.uk

Many thanks in advance

Tony King

P.S. the site's in black and white because everything
was in the 1940's wasn't it?
