I've used the small version of listserv for 4 or 5
years, and they definitely have the 'how dare you
slander my software' attitude. And their manuals read
like a humvee parts list. It's in there somewhere if
you already know how to do it.
Their web interface is a great improvement on the
earlier method of altering list configuration, which
often left the list hung without warning.
