Embedded audio ads

I manage an independent news agency's online site. We
host a significant amount of audio files on our site,
and currently receive approximately 1500 audio
downloads a day, from around 1100 unique users. At
what point would our audio files become sufficiently
popular to attract an advertiser? I'm talking about
an embedded audio commercial within the files...NOT
about banner ads on our website.
