Making Email Spam Free

I'd like to take this moment to say that I appreciate
all the constructive criticism I have received from my
friends on this forum.

And from the rest of you also.

(That was a little joke.)

But seriously I do appreciate it, and I hope that my
gentle attempts to stir reasoned dsicussion of the
issues sthat affect us, don't feel like boiling fuming
sulphuric acid to those who disagree with them.

Speaking of which, you realize it is possible to
create a totally spam-proof email client.

Just add an option not to receive any email message
from anyone who is not already in your address book.
All you download is the headers of the message, then
the program decides for each one to delete or download
them.

You could even make it autorespond something like:

>>
This message is being rejected because I don't have you
in my address book. If you are not spamming me, please
reply to this message with [some key word or phrase
that changes randomly] and I will add you to my
address book.
