While Inbox indundation is irksome, especially when
large files are attached, we are all casting the blame
on the wrong address. It is not the wonderful world of
rich media or HTML that is to be blamed here but
rather, as Marcia said, "clueless" people who should
know better.

 The other day, a friend sent me a 10MB video clip.
WOW. REMEDY: Education and counter-measures.

I recommend using QuickDelete. You can find it on
Download.com. It allows you to preview the messages
from the server and simply delete the "useless and
clueless" ones.

I think such a functionality should be an integral part
of any email program. I know we're working on it.
