Online visual advertising

I am working on an online advertising campaign for a
telecommunications B2B company. I find the most
challenging aspect being the visual component, I'm
trying to find something other than banner ads for
online advertising. I want something that will assist
with branding but that also has a better CTR. Any
input would be greatly appreciated.
