Online ad tracking services

We are exploring the possibility of subscribing to a
web advertising tracking service (AdRelevance or
Leading Web Advertisers), and would like to hear any
feedback from others who compared these services or who
currently subscribe -- Are you comfortable with the
breadth and reliability of the data that either/both
gather? Do they provide value for the cost of their
service? Etc.
