Depending on the delivery numbers and the content, you
could be in business right now. You just have to work
out the numbers. I've found that audio-web-heads are
a pretty willing audience when it comes to buying. As
long as the return on investment is there on a per
sale basis, I imagine you'd do well. Especially while
you're at the early stage, start testing the process
with low ad rates and clients with reasonably high
profit items. You may find that with low listener
numbers and high margin products, you'll do better than
you might have imagined.
The one mistake you can't afford to make here is
pricing on a CPM basis for a dinky little item with no
margin. That is certain death, IMHO.
