The easiest way to "Spam Proof" your email In Basket is
to forward complete spam messages to the company that
supplies your internet access. Contact their customer
service department for the correct forwarding
instructions.
DO NOT create a bounce or autoresponder to answer spam.
This will simply get you more of it.
Those who promote spamming as a way of doing business
only have their short run interests at heart.
If your firm is thinking about using email as a
business generating tool, be careful and only use lists
you have generated as truly "opt-in."
Though commercial emailers are surely making money by
alienating other people's customers and prospective
customers, you don't have to contribute to their cause,
or be a victim of their mail assaults.
