Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Earlier this week someone recommended ROIbot.com as a
tracking service. I researched them and tried to get
in contact with one of their reps and now 4 days later
I have not been contacted except for some automated
response emails. At this point I think they have lost
my business. To think companies spend so much money on
marketing and then overlook a simple thing like
communicating with your customers directly and calling
back potential clients. Anyways, their site said
something about having to use a different URL that has
their company name added to it to track the traffic.
We already have good search engine placement with a
couple of companies so I didn't want to have to
resubmit to all of them with a different URL to use
this service. And I don't think that helps much with
our branding efforts or name familiarity either by
changing our URL. Maybe I misunderstood, but like I
said no one ever called me back so I could clarify.
Therefore, what we are looking for is a tracking
company that tracks what search engines our visitors
are coming from as well as what links on our site are
getting clicked on most. Basically our web dept. has
the ability to track our site visitors but they are too
busy to implement it or teach other people how to do
it. I guess it is a complicated process. So we are
looking for something cost effective if we are going to
outsource.
Thanks,
Laura Roman
