Creditprovider.com.... CPA

Has anyone had experience with CPA advertiser
creditprovider.com?

They are targeting people who want to fix their credit,
get a new credit card and be able to purchase on-line.
One of a half dozen or so in the space, I think. They
claim a 30% conversion rate, which seems ridiculously
high, so I was wondering if any subscribers had put up
campaigns for them and what kind of results they got.
