Janet,

The KMGI site (http://www.kmgi.com) is merely a
showcase for our talents, examples and visions as to
how we think online adverts will and should appear in
the future.

KMGI's Webmercials are all programmed to download
instantly on 28Kbps modems. Their first Webmercials
were actually developed to download instantly on 14Kbps
modems but since then the end users technology has
advanced and we can therefore deliver more content rich
adverts and websites.

One of the main reasons why KMGI is a leader is that
their solutions download instantly and there is minimal
wait time. I cannot understand why you received such a
slow response.

In relation to being able to close down the window -
that is why we incorporated a skip button into the
bottom right hand corner of the screen so that if
required the user can 'skip' past the ad and go
directly to the site. The reason why the site produces
a full-screen ad is merely to show that this is
possible and to show how visually intense a full-screen
animated and audio Webmercial can be. KMGI is looking
at the Internet as an extension of the TV and that is
why technology has been developed to make our sites and
Webmercials appear as close to TV as possible.

Furthermore, as explained in a recent study by
AdRelevance, the Macromedia Flash plug-in is the most
popular downloaded plug-in worldwide, with over 90% of
all internet users already on-board. Also, the Flash
plug-in comes included as standard with Win98 or IE5
and above. In order for users to experience an improved
online experience, more and more people are willing to
download plug-ins.

Regards,

Nik
