Hi. Imagine... all of 1,000's of submissions Yahoo
receives. They have to have some methods of
determining a "fair" way of indexing submissions that
will contribute to their bottom line, and meet the
needs of users. I'm not surprised that your sites were
rejected if they were part of a network. It happens
all the time. If the sites are connected, Yahoo feels
that they should only list one even if the subject
matter is different. It is helpful if you have one
main site that leads to all of the others for this
reason, and then try to get that one indexed.
(Although I don't recommend this in all cases.)
Hint #1: Don't assume that the editor actually goes in
and looks at your site. Sometimes, all they may do is
read the title and description. Is it the same on all
of your sites?
Hint #2: Don't use the same email address to submit
multiple sites! That is one way that they can screen
submissions.
Happy Holidays!
