Approaching Advertisers

I'm finally starting to pull on some good traffic with
60,000 page views per day and I've had it with the Ad
networks. I would like to start selling my own
advertising but I'd like a little advice on where to
find companies to approach and the best way to approach
them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
