Please re-read the constitution and understand what it
means by Free Speech.

   "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment
    of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
    or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or
    the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to
    petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

There are two distinct problems with you claiming First
Amendment rights. The first being, you have a problem
with ORBS - not the government. Secondly, there wasn't
a law passed that infringed on your rights.

The net is, for the time being, self-policing. Just
like with a "real" police force mistakes can and do
happen. Instead of getting your dander up why not
address the issue calmly with the people involved
instead of libelling, slandering, and generally harming
ORBS good-will.
