If you think it is hard to create a brand on the
Internet, have you ever tried getting rid of one?

BiblioWorld was started five years ago. For the last
two years it has been 21 North Main, but users referred
to the site from links to BiblioWorld are going up! We
have notified referring sites of the change and most
have made the change, but it seems as though new
referrals to BiblioWorld continue to propagate.

I'm sure much better known brands which have been
changed have much worse problems replacing the old
image with the new -- especially if their marketplace
preferred the former service. I still think of Deja as
Dejanews and primarily use that feature.
