Incentivized Traffic

Hi All!

I_ve been satisfying my online-ad info cravings on this
list for quite some time now, but have never read
anything about Incentivized traffic (apologies if I've
missed it).

I would like to hear the list_s opinion regarding
incentivized traffic that can be bought on a
per-visitor basis? (By incentivized traffic, I mean
sites that pay users to visit other sites usually in
some kind of point currency or sweepstakes entries).

Examples would include sweepstakes/lottery sites like
Freelotto.com or Luckysurf.com and get-points-to-surf
sites like eTour.com or Freeride.com.

The (rate card) prices per visit are generally between
$0.40 and $0.80, which seems fairly reasonable compared
to impression based advertising (especially with CTRs
as they are!), but what's the quality of these visitors
like?

Any experiences, rants, success stories, grumbles or
general comments much appreciated.
