I would first determine what kind of content category
my sites belonged to, and then I would look at what
kinds of CPMs sites belonging to that category are
publishing. Also, take a look at print properties that
also belong to that category and see what their CPMs
are. You might be able to come up with a good place to
start with your pricing models.
