FFA lists are no more than a method of collecting email
addresses to later spam. there is no value in a
submission to them. The whole premise was designed to
benefit the FFA owner. These FFA sites have no
marketing budget to speak of, there own exposure is
limited to the software scripts that have them as a
submission point.

In my mind it's one of those vicious circles amateur
marketers get caught up in and waste valuable time;-)
