As a source of traffic, I wouldn't expect any quality
traffic at all. Some people speculate that it can help
your link popularity in the other engines. The problem
with this is that FFA pages are constantly updated with
each new submission, listing X listings only, bumping
off the old ones. The chances of you being there
during a submission to the search engine & for the
spidering of that FFA page is slim to none.
