Online Casino Exit Traffic

Hi everyone,

Our agency represents an online casino. They have
literally thousands of splash pages on the internet and
they would like to start doing something productive
with their Exit Traffic. The ads would appear once the
user exits the games, of course. For a sample of one

Load any game and then click on Lobby when finished.
The window would switch from the current to the ad, so
it wouldn't be like a pop-up window, the user is simply
redirected.

They want to work with advertisers that want to go
beyond the banner and are more inclined to
interstitials (Flash) or other sort of Rich Media ads.
What is a reasonable rate to charge for Interstitial
ads?
