Internet Audience Measurement

In your opinions, what is the best resource for online
measurement? When I say measurement, I am referring to
demographics and qualitative of the people that are
online and at a particular site. Basically, I am
looking for the Nielsen or Arbitron equivalent for the
internet. The two that I have found are Media Metrix
and Nielsen Net Ratings.

Any thoughts?
