Have you given AdWeek.com a try? They have a directory
service that sounds like what you are asking for -
complete with names, titles, and contact information.
The link is http://www.adweek.com/directories - The IQ
directory might be the one you want of the 4 they
offer.

Also, have you given redbooks.com a try?
