Low cost serving solution for medium traffic

Hello all,

We have been using CentralAd for adserving on our sites
for quite a while. Unfortunately, this software
product can not be run with Fast CGI and eats up huge
amounts of system memory. With traffic rising, we are
now looking for a new adserver software in the low
cost range ($5k max) that is capable of serving up to
500k adviews daily and that has all the bells and
whistles (rich media / JAVA support, SSI support,
reports...).

The only product that MIGHT fall into this category
that I know of is adJuggler..?
