New Auction Site Promotion

I've just added an auction site to my website, I know
that the only way to get visitors to a new site is to
offer a prize or some kind of giveaway. I came up with
the $10,000.00 jackpot which is given to the person
that uses our auction site at Suavecity.com the most.
I think its a great idea for people who uses auction
site a lot to have a chance to win as well as being
able to sell or buy their stuff at the same time. My
question is how do I get the word out to these
specific people and let them know about the contest?
What is the best way to promote this?
