Negev,

My company uses WebPosition Gold and does our own
search engine submission/monitoring for clients. (We
are a traditional and online marketing communications
firm.) We've had mixed results -- most likely due to
not having a full-time "search engine expert."

However, for one client, we have just started working
with a Boca Raton, Fla., company called
MoreVisibility.com. The group sounds pretty good from
the news clips I've read and the material the company
has sent me. Also, after agreeing on key
words/phrases, they do have a guarantee for a top 20
listing (money back).

We just started with them, so I don't have any
first-hand success/failure yet. But, from what I've
seen, it'd be worth contacting them.
