I'd like to know if anyone knows anywhere I can find
supporting data or research for the following:

Proof whether or not Networks have been seeing average
CPM rates go down

Whether it would be valid to state that on average,
excess inventory for networks outstips sold inventory
2:1.

What the average cost is for serving ads.

Proof that small to mid-sized companies are beginning
to use online advertising.

Generally, what percentage of an advertisers cost goes
to an agency, client sales team or an ad serving
company when an advertiser places an ad online through
a middle-man (agency).

Proof that a typical site sells about 30% of their
inventory at a premium rate while the remaining 70%
sits idle.

If you have any idea where I can get information to
confirm even some of these inquiries, I'd greatly
appreciate it.
