Rich Media Costs

Hello Everyone,

Do web sites charge different rates for rich media ad
placement? And if so, where can I find a good resource
to get an idea of the price being charged for rich
media advertising?

I'm specifically looking at the difference between the
following:

- streaming audio only
- streaming video only
- both
- other?

My understanding is that there really aren't different
costs for placement; the determining factor is whether
or not the site can handle rich media and if they can,
the buy costs are then the same as what they'd be for
standard media. Am I correct or is there more to it
than that?
